SPARES

Gears

A gear is a rotating circular machine part having cut teeth or, in the case of a cogwheel or gearwheel, inserted teeth (called cogs), which mesh with another (compatible) toothed part to transmit rotational power. While doing so, they can change the torque and rotational speed being transmitted and also change the rotational axis of the power being transmitted. The teeth on the two meshing gears all have the same shape

Shafts

A shaft is a rotating machine element, usually circular in cross section, which is used to transmit power from one part to another, or from a machine which produces power to a machine which absorbs power. Shafts are critical components in mechanical systems, enabling motion and torque transfer.Shafts may include features such as keyways, splines, or threads to ensure secure connections with other components.

General Spares

A spare part, spare, service part, repair part, or replacement part, is an interchangeable part that is kept in an inventory and used for the repair or refurbishment of defective equipment/units. Spare parts are an important feature of logistics engineering and supply chain management, often comprising dedicated spare parts management systems.Effective spare parts cost savings in maintenance planning.

Customized machine parts

Spares can be customized as per customer requirements and specific applications. Moreover, they can also be designed, and if any improvements are needed, they can be advised by the SRN Engineering team. This ensures that each spare part meets operational demands and enhances equipment performance. The customization process includes material selection, dimensional adjustments, and functional upgrades.
